Nickβs journey began at Malvern College, where he excelled in football, rugby, and swimming, earning the title of Senior Athlete of the Year. After graduating high school, Nick pursued a career in Real Estate, first earning his Real Estate Sales Representative licence from OREA Real Estate College of Ontario in 2012. Over the years, he has professionally Sold Over $100+ Million In Real Estate. Nick has professional skills in real estate sales, mortgage financing, real estate investing, and real estate construction. Nick decided to take the next step in his career by founding the “Nick James Team.” His vision is to build a top-tier team that leverages his professional skill sets and passion for the industry, and to deliver exceptional luxury value to all of our clients.
Nick enjoys looking at real estate, working out during the week at the local gym, biking the beach trails, spending time with family and friends.
